That punch in the stomach was uncalled for.
In Rampage you can play as George the Great Ape, or Lizzie the Large Lizard. You go from one town to another smashing every building on sight. Well, they're not just going to hand over their town, they'll fight! You'll encounter cops, tanks, and even regular citizens will try to bring you down with a truck or some TNT.
There's also a two-player mode. You can work together or you can punch each other (it's more entertaining than it sounds, trust me).
I said it's MY building.
Inside the buildings you can find food, people (yeah, they're food as well) and bad things such as explosives and poison. Hey, you can eat a toilet.
That's nasty, I wouldn't recommend it. Seriously, don't.
So, plug that old NES and have some fun!

I feel nostalgia, something. Great post :)
true classic nostalgia'd
Didn't expect to see this kind of article! My sister and I had a blast playing this growing up. Good times, good times.
Thanks for the post, I'll be checking out your others.
I used to spend HOURS playing this in the arcade when I was younger. Still one of my favorite games.
Oh man, I remember this game. I actually found an old arcade version of it at a muscicians venue I was at a couple weeks ago and my friend and I blew five dollars between the two of us playing it.
Nostalgia'd so bad right now. I remember playing this for a Radioshack Colour Computer II when I was a kid - back when Radioshack made their own computers, lol.
I would sit and play this game all the way through in one sitting.
Thanks a lot. Now I'm going to be playing this all day instead of working...
Played this on the Atari ST of some guy I knew when I was 8 or so... good times :)
